Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to foster relationships with guests address inquiries and ensure a pleasant customer experience Expertise in Food & Beverage management including menu planning inventory management and maintaining quality standards Proficiency in Training and Staff Development to ensure a well-trained and motivated team Experience in Sales and Marketing to create and implement strategies for revenue growth Leadership skills to effectively manage the restaurant and bar operations Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making to address challenges efficiently Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred Proven work experience as a Restaurant and Bar Manager or a similar role is highly advantageous
