Qualifications Proficiency in Facility Management and Preventive Maintenance practices Experience in Building Maintenance including identifying and resolving structural issues Skilled in Plumbing tasks including installations and repairs Competence in Carpentry work for structural and non-structural repairs Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and within a team in an on-site environment Basic knowledge of workplace safety and regulatory standards Relevant certifications or technical training in facilities maintenance is a plus
