Qualifications Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking techniques Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage management and Food Quality standards Experience in Culinary Management including team leadership and kitchen operations Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Understanding and implementation of food safety and hygiene practices Prior experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
