Requirements

·         Must have at least an HND in Accounting or Finance.

·      You should know about tax laws and the rules of Financial reporting.

·         Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

·         Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

·         Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Be good at looking at numbers and figuring out what they mean.

·         Be organized and able to handle stress.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·         Prior accounting or finance job experience is a plus.

·         Knowledge of hospitality industry accounting practices is a plus.

Description

·         Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for the hotel.

·         Perform daily reconciliations of accounts, including revenue and expenses.

·         Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.

·         Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.

·         Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.

·         Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.

·         Collaborate with the Finance team on budgeting and forecasting activities.

·         Help identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.
