Description

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos for a General Manager. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the highest quality of service across all our brands. Responsibilities include financial management, customer relations, policy implementation, and strategic planning to drive business growth. The General Manager will also be responsible for staff training and development, meeting operational targets, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
