Qualifications

Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking techniques

Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage management and Food Quality standards

Experience in Culinary Management, including team leadership and kitchen operations

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Understanding and implementation of food safety and hygiene practices

Prior experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable

A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred

Role Description

We are seeking an organized and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee kitchen operations at one of our locations in Lagos. This is an on-site, full-time role. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for coordinating daily food preparation, ensuring high standards in food quality and hygiene, managing kitchen staff, tracking inventory, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, the Kitchen Manager will work collaboratively with other departments to enhance the culinary experience for our customers.
